My stay was marred by the absence of an elevator, making it a tough journey up to my room on the third floor with heavy luggage. The room itself felt smaller than expected, with cleanliness leaving something to be desired, particularly in the bathroom. Additional frustration arose from the unexpected presence of mosquitoes in the room, which disrupted my peace during the night.

The location is fantastic, right among tight streets filled with restaurants and close to parks and historical buildings. The secure car park offered cheap and easy access.

The room was considerably small at 9 m2, and the lack of a lift made it challenging to navigate with heavy luggage. The staircase layout was an obstacle, especially for anyone with mobility issues. Breakfast was average, lacking simple items like sliced bread, and I struggled with mosquitoes that appeared uninvited during my stay. the shower had drainage issues that caused flooding.

I stayed in a Cozy Room, and what a delightful experience it was! The unique character of the hotel truly stood out, with a stylish decor that reflects the vibrant local culture. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast spread with fresh juices and a variety of options that added to the overall charm.

Absolutely loved the cozy room! 🛏️ Perfectly situated right in the heart of Lille, with easy access to local attractions. Only downside was the noise from the shopping street, which was a bit much at times.

The dining scene around Kanai is a foodie’s paradise! Zocolata, just a hop away at 0.1 km, is a must-try for their heavenly pastries. La Fossetta (0.1 km) serves up some of the best local flavors you can't miss. Plus, the room was cozy and quiet on the second floor, offering a restful vibe for sleepy heads.

Now, the parking situation was a bit of a hassle. I expected a smooth company card payment process, but ended up paying with my personal card at checkout. Not the end of the world, but the staff’s attitude about it could use some polishing.

We enjoyed our stay, but the room was tiny and difficult to navigate. The breakfast spread was sweet as, heaps of fresh local goodies!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Kanai, especially the location, which was fantastic. Being just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by lovely cafes made it easy to explore the charming streets of Lille. The breakfast was fresh and included delicious local cheeses.

I had a lovely experience. the staff were incredibly warm and went above and beyond to help us with local tips, and I was pleasantly surprised by the availability of 24/7 reception. The hotel's proximity to key attractions made exploring Lille a breeze, and I especially enjoyed the fresh breakfast with a delightful spread of local cheeses and pastries. I wish there were better maintenance in the bathrooms, as the shower pressure was disappointing.
